A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface, a collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of tangerines and spicy and earthy yeast are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of earthy yeast with some spices and is accentuated with notes of tangerines from the hops. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This saison is true to the style and has some interesting aromas and flavors from the Mandarina Bavaria hops.
