Named in honor of Michelle's fancy yellow footwear, this beer is light and refreshing, but in the traditional Kölsch style it still packs plenty of flavor and body.

The nose has the classic kolsch soft fruity sweetness, though the sweetness is a little more than typical. A touch of lightly toasted bread, a mild honeyed sweetness is present. The palate is soft, mildly bitter with a little bit of lemon and mint. This is followed by a soft blend of toast and a light fruitiness. Medium-light in body and moderately carbonated, this beer finishes dry with a touch of sweetness. Solid.
