From a growler. The last one of this one, emptied the keg, the man at the bar told me. It is a clear bright yellow beer. A lot going on smell wise. Sweet, some malt, and an herbal yeast reminiscent of a hefeweizen. Taste follows; there is a bit of sweet maltiness, the yeast esters similar to a hefeweizen, with some subtle hops. Dense, tenacious, lacy head of foam. I don't have much experience with this style, but I was really impressed with this beer. Worthy of a being a flagship beer. I hope they bring it back.
