Pours a semi hazed orange colour. The head is huge and beautiful Cream coloured and frothy/rocky.
Despite the semi-haze the aroma is more West Coast..citrus and tropical fruit but not over the top.
Taste takes another turn and goes down the more PNW dank/pine road..this is really strange! Then the citrus reappears.
Mouth feel is average for style..medium..could use a tad more carbonation.
A very perplexing IPA..but in the end good

At the Crosscut Taproom in Castle Rock WA. Good looking pour, light amber and clear. Very thin head from the tap, some lacing. It’s a straight arrow IPA , not trying to be anything but what’s advertised. Pleasant bitterness, slightly resinous and good balance. Long aftertaste. Low on the aroma side, which is not a huge deal. There’s not much in Seaview other than tourist traps but next time we’re up that way, we’ll stop in and get acquainted.
