Wish I had known that this 16oz can had a bed of particulate matter at the bottom. I’d have poured it into my glass like a home brew rather than upending it like I did and clouding the beer with said matter (yeast sediments). Chunks floating around in my beer is very off putting to me. The smell, feel, and flavor are much better than the look. Smells fruitier than it tastes, and tastes less bitter than it finishes. It leaves a lingering, heavy hop bitterness on the tongue. I enjoy it at about a 3.75 out of 5. Pour gently and enjoy yours maybe more than I am mine.

16 oz can from Lifesource natural Grocers in Salem OR
$3.49
Pours a hazy ( but it isn't really murky) orange with a gorgeous creamy/bubbly eggshell white head.
Aromas mostly of citric and floral hops..lemon peel, lucozade and flowrs. Nice.
Taste very well balanced with some nice light malts..balancing the hops..very pleasing..some pineapple in the end. Bit of dank too.
Nice medium mouth feel well carbonated..semi drying finish.
A really nice more traditional IPA

Hazy light orange with three fingers of off white head. Splotches of lace appear as the liquid level drops.
Smell is fruity citrus with a touch of pine. Bready malts.
Taste is citrus orange and grapefruit and a bit of melon.
Mouthfeel is medium with alright carbonation. Finish is lightly dry and pretty balanced for the style.
Overall a tasty hazy west coast IPA. The date was not readable. Too much on the edge of the can.
