My absolute favorite craft brew in StL to date. Large, dense head. Appropriately spicy for a belgian 3. So good it isn't a sipping brew for me. Can't wait to try the Le Tete de Demon, which from my understanding is the same brew, but aged in some kind of white wine barrel.
