From a tall, orange can, this brew is an abundantly hazy amber color with lots of floaties. The head is white, thick, and dense. The aroma has full citrus scents....orange and peach are perceptible. The taste is balanced, and the body is full. Wonderful.

Pours amber with much effervescence & 2 fingers of bubbly cream colored head. Good lacing & average head retention
S: Faint grassyness, some citrus & apricot
T: Pomelo, grapefruit, grassyness up front. More pomelo, bone dryness & grapefruit as this warms. Finishes grassy, dry with a more pomelo
MF: Light/medium body with firm carbonation
Alright IPA, pretty drinkable, has 2 months in the can, so...

Tried from tap for the first time today. Stoned Trippin's review was spot on.

a pretty hazy ipa here, bright on the mosaic, but we have seen that before many times now, and this seems somewhat unrefined as they go, a little overly bitter, a little heavy, and not warming up very well. awesome hop nose to this one though, mosaic for sure, and a nice malt base beneath it, not at all an afterthought. i like the bitterness, so often these new school hoppy styles dont bring enough of that, electing instead for the juicy side of things. i think this is a more old school use of the new school hop, earlier kettle and less of a heavy dry hop, which makes it kind of bitter, sturdier than many in that regard, and rather distinct i think for mosaic alone. fuller bodied and even heavy when it warms up, but pretty well made and robust, appealing, and even though it lacks a certain cleaned up and finished for, i like it a lot. i maybe think the heeler galaxy one was the best of their hoppy beers, but this is a slightly different side of mosaic that works pretty well. check this place out, some cool stuff is brewing!

On tap at Dewey's Pizza in Kirkwood. Poured a golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of citrus and subtle pine notes. Sweet caramel backbone with orange and grapefruit. Nice bitterness for balance.
