this is an excellent belgian wit, a summer type ale, light and refreshing and crushable, especially at this abv. i really like the creamy texture of the wheat, the warmer fermented belgian ale yeast that lends notes of pepper and clove to this, and i like how dry and well carbonated it is, it really sings on the palate. banana and orange and coriander and lemon and lemongrass are all there in the flavor, rolled up into this fresh wheaty cereal base, smooth and a little rich feeling, but yet so dry and pepper to finish, i love the yeast and the temperature and everything about the fermentation, it as instantly made this better than most, and honestly this is better than any of the other traditional or belgian style beers i have had from these guys so far. really balanced beer, fully yeast driven, but with these great citrus layers to it as well, not overdone, not too estery or herbaceous, just really pleasant flavored beer. seems like every time i have a beer from these guys its better than the last one i had!
