I love exploring microbrews from the area where I’m living, and this brewery is located in nearby St. Louis. The beer had a generous foamy head that lingered for a while, almost inhibiting the aroma from escaping. I enjoyed the nice citrusy and juicy taste, though the hoppy bite on the backside eliminated any chance of the citrus flavor lingering. It is definitely not on the sweet side of the spectrum. Great spring afternoon experience…!

I'm trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that is leave some lace. The scent had tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base with tropical fruit and a spice blend. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a great beer.

Straw yellow in color with a hazy complexion. There’s a half inch of creamy dishwater white on top. Moderate lacing. The aroma is of melon and faint green vegetables. I’m tasting green vegetables and melon. The mouth is smooth, crisp, and refreshing. I don’t get the light creamy to silkyness from the addition of oats that’s normally present.
