We decided it was time to dabble around a bit with the #SingleHopped IPA idea, and throw a little playful #SummerTimeVibe Action into the mix… We have been curious about the thought of using the New Zealand grown Wai-Iti hop for a long time-- and this #SourIPA series presented the perfect opportunity to see what it’s made of.
Marketed as “LUSH and FRAGRANT, w/ DOMINANT notes of STONE FRUIT (notably, PEACH & APRICOT) with pleasantly intense citric tones of LIME & MANDARIN.”
We experience MASSIVE Flavors and Aromas of overripe Peach, Apricot, Nectarine with an aggressive (but not overbearing) Acidity, that enhances the AMAZING Stone Fruit Properties of this Small but Mighty Hop!
