A very special blend of four barrels from our barrel stock (ranging from 14 months to 27 months) that we thought were exceptional when put together (you know, kind of like Ohhh! Big Stretch!...).
25% Phenom (batch 2 - Weller *not yet released*): brewed 11/2021, barreled 12/2021, emptied 2/2023.
25% Barrel Aged Looted Art (double barrel - Blantons/Still630 *never released*): brewed 9/2021, barreled 10/2021, emptied 2/2023.
25% Phenom Bourbon (batch 1 - Henry McKenna): brewed 12/2020, barreled 1/2021, emptied 2/2023.

5oz draft pour into mini snifter. pitch black. tons of barrel and char and some chocolate on the nose. taste follows but the barrel is quite abrasive. medium-full mouthfeel. this is good but i feel like it needs some time to mellow. lots of good barrel and chocolate notes though. these guys are solid.
