English style barleywine brewed with all Simpsons malt. Aged in Old Forester 1910 bourbon barrels for 3 years. Full of caramel notes with a dark fruit accent.

Caramel-toffee and chocolate malty, dates and figs, a hint of all-spice, and a bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a full and viscous, chocolate covered toffee, prominent dark fruity raisins, and a balanced bourbon barrel finish. Raisin dark fruit dominant on the palate, but this is good!
