I had high hopes for this; expensive, local, and ginger! Always looking for a great mule ingredient, but this fell short, esp. for the price. Taste was slightly bitter and, while it advertised a strong ginger taste, well, nope. I guess my gold standard for hot, burning ginger is Cock and Bull non-a., and Powell and Mahoney ginger mixer. Together they make a mule that burns delightfully on the way down. Sadly, still looking for that ginger beer with real ginger kick.

I typically don't go for ginger beers, but when the tap is a pink taco I can't resist. Has a sweeter ginger taste some tartness at the end with nice carbonation. Oh, and the nearly 12% ABV is a nice touch. Lots of flavor in one cup.
