Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a goblet glass.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Thin white head and ring. Leaves behind some short strings of lacing.
Aroma is faint with wheat malt and gooseberry.
Taste is tangy with wheat malt and gooseberry fruit. Quick fade in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp and dry finish. Good carbonation.
