Reach for the Sky! Sky Bison is a super crisp, crushable pale ale dry hopped with citrusy west coast hops. Hoppy and refreshing, it's a great beer for anytime!

I bought a can at the beer store in Ontario Canada 473ml at 5%.
Poured into glass with a 2 finger head leaving a lace as you drink it.
Lightly flavoured with citrus and tangerines orange went down smooth and easy not much bitterness.
A good American pale ale beer
Cheers

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Jan 10 2022 and served slightly chilled.
Pours clear, effervescent and golden-yellow in hue, topped with nearly a finger of tight, foamy white head that fizzles off within a couple of minutes. A narrow ring of even lace is left in its wake, along with a frothy collar and thin cap - looks fine to me. I'm getting tangerine and grapefruit on the nose, with hints of mango and pine needles.
A decent APA - the flavour profile starts off with doughy, bready sweetness and some graininess, followed by notes of mango, orange and grapefruit that continue through to the back end. Finishes with pithy citrus, as well as some floral, spicy hop bitterness that doesn't last; suggestions of grain and tropical fruit dissipate into a relatively clean aftertaste. Light in body, with assertive carbonation that contributes to its crisp, prickly mouthfeel; quite refreshing to drink, and a good session option.
Final Grade: 3.78, a B+. Longslice's Sky Bison is not an exciting pale ale - some might even call it forgettable - but I still think it's a pretty darn quaffable brew. Its fruity flavours, while pleasant enough, were unremarkable, and as a whole I found this to be a balanced brew that was neither too sweet nor too bitter. I'd buy this again, and would encourage other BAs to give it a shot as well, but it's not something I'd search high and low for.

Pours slightly cloudy and gold in colour. Citrus and hops on the nose. Mango and maybe passionfruit along with hops are present on the taste. Mouthfeel is crisp and sharp.
