A luscious, malt-oriented brown ale, with a caramel, dark fruit character. This brew has a complex malt bill utilizing 12 varieties of malted barley. Drinkers will enjoy a roast, slightly sweet flavor with a smooth, malty aftertaste. We took a southern English brown recipe and gave it a Texas twist.
