They say it is 160 ibu. It doesn't come across as unbalanced in any way though.

From bomber dated 10-28-15 into tulip.
A- pours a very dark clear copper, ( SRM on bottle reports 9.5) very little with a small amount of lacing. Darker than I would like but acceptable.
S- mild notes of caramel and toffee, a mild hoppy bitterness. Possibly fruity/stone fruit. I can't quite decide. Hop nose gets better as it warms though
T- pretty much the same as the aroma with some booziness.
M- thin mouthfeel, very mild carbonation, the alcohol leaves a boozy aftertaste.
O- this maybe the best Texas DIPA I've had since returning to the mainland about 2 months ago which isn't saying much since IPA scene here isn't great, but it's still a decent beer. Not something I'd actively seek out but I would drink it again.
