A: Pours with what I usually call chilled hazed, but it sticks around even after it has warmed up. A one finger white head forms. Light lace is left behind.
S: Citrus, grapefruit bitterness woody aromas. Bitterness lingers on for days. While that makes this one noted, still enjoyable for what it is.
T: Like the nose, citrus, pine, grapefruit rind. Again, a bit of woody character/flavor. Lingering bitterness that lasts on and on. Very much one noted after a while.
M/D: A medium body with good carbonation. Crisp, but a little sticky and resinous at the same time. Nothing exceptional for an IPA. A lot of lingering bitterness makes this more of a one and done.
I am not sure, but I think the point was to make a "hazy" IPA, I guess the so called NEIPA. Considering all the different opinions on what that is and who can make those, I will not say one way or the other if this fits in with that trendy "style." I will say, it is an OK IPA that becomes way to one noted after a while. That is about all I do know...
