Also known as Blanche De Rachelle

The Blanche de Rachelleā„¢ is brewed in the style of a traditional Belgian Witbier. It is effervescent, hazy blond in color, and displays notes of freshly picked fruit upon a foundation of locally grown wheat. Rachelle Blanche is a light, easy to drink Ale with a crisp, dry finish, belying a subtle alcoholic strength that is a hallmark of traditional Belgian Style Ale.

Initial foam from center pour disappeared within seconds, leaving the pour flat - aromas and flavors of pale fruits and wheat, with impressions of light spice and citrus on the sip... Feel was medium-light and soft, but a little flat...

Decent for the style but nothing special...
