Spot on for the style, this was a real treat that looked the part and tasted like it should with some piney and spicy hop notes mixing well with the roasted malts. Perfect feel and bitterness level, I could have drank a few in one session.
Added bonus is the story of the yeast used in this brew and how it was found in a sunken ship, extracted and replicated for use in this brewery’s series.
