Named for the resident Witch on 25A undergoing a makeover. Juicy hops and silky malt meet in our Hazy Red IPA. Modest bitterness and a smooth finish. Moderately strong like an American IPA, but with some caramel, toffee, and/or dark fruit malt character. 1886 Oregon yeast.
