Brasserie de La Lanterne "Casa"

Notes: May have been formerly known as Casablanca.
Look: Hazy gold body beneath a short head of bright white foam. Fair to better than average head retention and OK lacing with some nice broken sheets left behind.
Smell: Grainy, spicy, and woody. Subtly sweet.
Taste: The flavor brings in the orange peel that's missing in the aroma. The malt is grainy and sweetish with an orange/apple and woody/spicy side. A firm bitterness backs it and it finishes dry with a lingering spiciness.
Feel: Medium bodied and zesty with a seemingly natural, fine-bubbled standard carbonation level.
