Traditional Belgian Witbier brewed with pilsner, unmalted wheat, and a touch of Munich malt. Notes of Curaçao orange, coriander, and chamomile with a lemony tartness. Slightly fruity and sweet with a floral earthy hop finish.

L:. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a small white and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Fresh baked bread, a bit of coriander, some orange, a bit subdued for a wit.
T:. Some fresh baked bread, a bit of tart lemon, some spice and a touch of floral hop, tastes a little watery.
F:. A bit watery, seems a over carbonated.
O:. Not my favorite wit, but if you fix the carbonation would be quite enjoyable.
