Pour: Served to me in an imperial pint glass, the thick fluffy head looked like it was a regular draught beer. An inch of very thick tan head caps a dark orange/brown brew. Head goes down slowly to dense lacings.
Nose: Very bready, sweet dough, tart hints of cranberry, and a farmy fertilizer aroma. Overall the whole scent is quite faint.
Mouth: I was so confused when I first took a sip. Where was the carbonation? I wanted to know. Then I realized that (hopefully!!) it was either a cask or a nitro pour. Pleasantly sour at room temperature with just a tinge of fizziness. Farminess is very strong in flavor. Hints of fruit.
