Poured from 22oz bomber into a dimpled mug. The version I am having is 5.2%, compared to the listing's 4.2%.

Appearance: light golden hue with the teeniest tiniest hint of haze and a finger of frothy eggshell foam atop. Quite good!

Smell: sweetish and yeasty with a little bit of malt character. Not too bad!

Taste: refreshing, just a little bit sweet, and with a nice bready malt and just a dash of noble hops. It's quenching and very appropriate to the style.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: a tasty beer and, in a word, crushable.

Light bodied with a slight creamy spice tinge during mid-taste. Mild and pleasant finish.

It was delivered in a pint glass, pale gold and very slightly cloudy, with a thin white short-lived head.

The aroma was light, with accents of noble hops and a dryish hint of fruit.

The flavour was light and smooth, dry and with a bit of hops bitterness. I find it very difficult to adequately describe Kolsch, but this was definitely "Kolsch" for me. It was light and refreshing, and understated.

I could drink a lot of this. I would have, but my friends were more interested in the bigger beers on tap.
