Served with a zest of lemon, thus with no head... The body was nicely hazy and looked milky, a bit like pineapple juice. It was hard to judge the smell, since people were smoking next to me. The taste was enjoyable, fruity with cloves and some bubble gum. Spicy with pepper and coriander, it bites a bit the tongue. Citric with orange peel and hints of sweet raspberries. Some exotic notes too, maybe passion fruits Floral, with some ginger that enlightens the mouth. The mouthfeel is pretty good, quite thick and complex for a witbier, leaving an aftertaste... A bit too still though. Not overly sweet, thus drinkable. A witbier with character and some hop profile.
