A standout Witbier with aggressive acidity (stylistically correct unlike nearly every other commercial rendition), bright lemon, and vibrant mint. Head retention was beautiful. Clearly this brewer was confident enough with his base Witbier recipe to flirt heavily with experimentation. A huge risk paid off with this home run!
NOTE: Cans were a horrific mess laden with PBW or caustic cleaner and when I contacted the brewery I received no reply.

Poured from growler, 1 day after fill and 18 hours after opening.
L -- Pours a hazy, bright golden with a thick white head that dissipates quickly leaving no lace. For a summer beer, this looks really great.
S -- Smells like a witbier, really. The orange peel is there strong as well as the coriander. It's not a smell that makes me go "wow!", but it's right on for a witbier.
T -- Orange is strong on opening, coriander and mint come out as well. This is a lemon-mint Belgian wheat, but the lemon doesn't overpower and melds well. Over time, the coriander starts to overtake the mint aspect.
F -- Very refreshing. Light-to-medium bodied, crisp.
O -- A very good witbier. Much better than Blue Moon/Shock Top, and I think I'd prefer this over Hoegaarden as well. It's very refreshing and tastes good.
