An Imperial Irish Red with over 7lbs of beets per barrel. The beets give this beer a delightful red hue and a smooth earthy flavor.

22oz brown bomber, sample from the brewery.
Tight tiny bubbled off-white lacing, hazed ruby amber hue. Deep earthy sweetness from the beets in the nose and on the palate. Toasty maltiness compliments, very modest hopping lets the beet shine. Pretty big warmth with a spicy alcohol remind that this is an "Imperial" sized brew. Perhaps a little too sweet, a kiss of peppercorn would have helped and expanded the whole "extreme" vibe.
