Taster at brewery. Medium amber pour, flat, dull. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel, toffee. Taste follows the same pattern, malty, bready and a smidge dry.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served an orange-golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading to leave a large amount of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is heaviest of a caramel and sweeter fruity smell of a harvest fruit (apple, pear and a bit of cherry). Along with these smells comes some lighter hop smells of a grassy and citrus nature as well as some nice smells of a doughty and bready nature.
Taste – The taste begins nice and malty with a good showing of a bready and doughy taste that has a large level of caramel and fruit flavors of apple and some cherry. As the taste moves on other flavors of a light grain and more fruit come to the tongue, all while the caramel and bready remain quite strong. A bit of an herbal, citrus, and grassy hop come more toward the end, leaving one with a rather sweet, moderately hopped, and very smooth bock flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the chewier side with a carbonation level that is slightly lower. For the style and flavors of the brew the feel is rather nice, creating a thicker and smoother medium for the richer flavors to sit upon.
Overall – This was a rather tasty and enjoyable brew overall. I rather liked this and I would recommend to at least give this one a try if you get a chance.
