Summer gold in color with streaming carbonation, the Sizzler is perfect for hot Florida days. Aromas of black peppercorn, bubblegum, wildflower honey, and clove grace the nose. On the palate you will find sweet, cracker grain, bubblegum phenol, black pepper, with a medium body and semi-dry finish.

The Sizzler Saison was good and I am not a huge fan of Saisons. The beer poured a golden clear with white head and not much lace. The scent smelled of bubblegum. The taste started like a white grape then finished with clove spice. I did not get any of the pepper as described in the description. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall this was a decent beer.

On tap at the brewery.
Clear golden body with a good head that leaves splotchy lacing.
The aroma is moderately fruity, lightly spicy and sweet with a faint hint of vinegar.
Tasting finds a lightly fruity and spicy ale with moderate complexity.
Crisp, medium-light body with moderate+ carbonation. .
