Poured into tulip. Brewed with carafa-3 and wheat malt. Hops - summit, citra, simcoe, cascade.
Opaque dark brown with thin tan head, low retention.
Smell - apple, sour, yeasty,.
Taste - spicy, dark malts, not very pleasant hop bouquet.
Dry, soft carbonation, presence of alcohol. Shitty and undrinkable.
Incomprehensible experiment, pathologically estery and unbalanced.
