Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Scotch thistle glass. Pleasant aroma of lemon and yellow cake with a breeze blowing through the pines. Sturdy body and big malt. Just sweet enough, as the hoppy blast follows that first sip. Warm and rich with lots of fruit, from lime peel to papaya and green melon. Moderate bitter and peppery aftertaste. rom the 16 oz can purchased at the San Clemente brewery.
