Clear golden brew with plenty of foam in the wine-style glass. Light body but pleasingly spritzy in the mouth. Quite aromatic with that distinctive lemon-lime note. Rather dry with a bitter finish that lingers.
Not really any detectable malt flavor. There is just a hint of sweetness. Mostly its the lime peel taste. Fairly bitter but quite drinkable. It's a hoppy Pale Ale. From the growler filled this afternoon at the brewery in San Clemente.
