Pours a clear golden color with plenty of foam in the Rodenbach Grand Cru goblet. Aroma of green melon and green pepper. Brewer says it's dry hopped with Strata and Mosaic. Some resiny notes, along with flavors of grapes and citrus. Slight bitter aftertaste.
Crisp and tangy, and not much sweetness. Flavors of crackers and a little buttery along with the hops. Overall this is a highly drinkable and a pleasant lighter sort of hoppy brew. It's just a little sharp after some sipping. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery tasting room.
