I ditto everything that @Premo88 writes especially when it comes to the cranberry, lemon peel, tart cherry, and the supporting semi-sweet chocolate. It's that earthiness the chocolate suggests, which gives the overall impression of spiced sugar plums. It's a lot of sour in one beer, however; I actually enjoyed the taste more with a well sugared apple cider donut.

750 ml bomber poured into tulip
(batch #1; brew courtesy of @TongoRad)

L: murky brown-amber, 100% opaque to begin with, pushes up about 3/4-inch head of offwhite/beige foam that dissipates rapidly; no sticking or lacing; beer almost looks flat but a close inspection shows a lot of activity percolating dead center of the glass that, allowed to sit for couple minutes, leaves the thinnest of thin collars

S: toasted cranberries, tart cherries, very sweet right off the pour then vinous ... fingernail polish/remover muted by a good amount of malt sweetness; green apples; sour grapes; as it warms there might be a pinch of wet hay in there ... maybe closer to lemon peel than anything "funky"

T: tart cherries, tart apples, sour grapes, something earthy ... almost dirt-like ... lemon, lemon peel, grapefruit peel and enough toasted/dark malt to give it a hint of chocolate; as the palate adjusts, the sweetness really starts pulling its weight and balancing out the tartness; tart enough to call sour but with that light infusion of sweetness it never goes overboard

F: light, almost watery, but perfectly filled out by the carbonation ... feels bottle-conditioned and very Belgian ... classic

O: as good as it gets and a model for others to follow; it's got everything the style can offer including that vinous quality that works so well with the other hallmark notes of tart cherries/toasted cranberries and that light layer of toasted-malt sweetness

Bottled version, taken from the April 2017 bottling.

The nose is at once fruity and vinous, showing cherries, plum, brown sugar, vanilla and oak. The palate is where it really shines, both bracingly tart and milky smooth, initially sweet and fruity before quickly giving way to a bone dry and eternal finish riding a wave of toasty oak and red grape skin. The flavors are all so well integrated and handled with finesse, and not a thing is overdone or out of place. This beer can easily stand with the classics of the style, simply outstanding!

L: An amber brown with an airy 3-4 fingers of head. It recedes and leaves little lacing.

S: Cherries, plum, earthy notes.

T: Cherries, plums, some earthy notes, probably from the oak? A nice tartness to finish. It lingers on the tongue.

F: Medium body and moderate to high carbonation.

O: Excellent. I never pass this brewery up if I see them on tap.
