Had it on tap at Arts and Craft Beer Parlour, NYC.
Pours a hazy golden copper color with a moderate head.
The aroma first emits caramel sweetness. Beyond that, it is fairly clean, with hints of fruity eaters and an acceptable amount of diacetyl that is redolent of butterscotch.
The taste is comprised of a toasty and bready malt taste along with tones of caramel. This is complemented by a bold hops flavor that provides a moderate bitterness. There is a clean alcohol finish. Towards the end, there is a slightly citrus zest emanating from the fruity esters.
Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Smooth and balanced.
