Poured a clear golden body with a one finger bubbly white head that receded to a cap of foam over the course of a minute. Overall impression of appearance is of a fantastic Czech Pilsner. Scents of floral, herbal noble hops, grainy malt, and a bit of caramel. Overall impression of aroma is of a classic Czech Pilsner, a true example of the style. Flavor begins with notes of herbal and floral hop leading into grainy and honey-like malt flavors. Middle continues these typical Pilsner flavors, adding bready malt to the flavor profile. Finish is dry with notes of floral and herbal noble hops and some honey and grainy malt. Aftertaste is grainy and honey-like malt with an excellent presence of herbal and floral hops. Overall impression of flavor is of a crisp, clean Pilsner. An excellent example of the style. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation and smooth, clean feel. Overall impression of mouthfeel is of a fantastic pilsner, very nice. Overall this is an amazing Pilsner. One of the best examples of the style I have had in aroma, flavor and mouthfeel. It shines in its simplicity.
