Bottle @ Bar Le Matin, Brussels. Guava sour. Colour is fruity yellow (like mango), cloudy. White head, immediately disappearing. Aroma is piney hops rather than (tropical) fruit. Retronasal there's sour fruit and piney hops. Flavour is moderate sour, guave, sour fruit, with a pinch of salt. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, lightly bitter.
