This Hefe pours a darker golden color. It is also somewhat cloudy. The head was frothy, and there is some lacing. The nose is a nice wheat smell. The Taste is got a mellow wheat flavor. It is very well balanced, and is delicious.

Dark golden color with a thick dense head. Not that cloudy for a hefe as it shows just a slight yeast haze. Nice wheat malt but the yeast esters are a little lacking. Still puts out some banana and cloves. Flavor is much better. Wonderful wheat flavor complimented by the yeast esters. Rich body and smoothly carbonated. I was not sure about this brewery after the first beer I had from them was not very good. But this one is very good. Warrants further investigation of their beer lineup.
