Look: pours a golden orange with light haze, and a fluffy one inch white head emerges. Carbonation bubbles stream up to support the head.
Smell: you can tell mosaic and galaxy are in this beer. Citrus, some earthiness, tropical fruits and a bouquet of flavors ring through.
Taste: similar to the nose: citrus, tropical fruits dance across the palette. There are some dank notes as well that show up.
Feel: the most disappointing part of this beer is the feel, as there's some bitterness that stands out, and lingers. Carbonation shows itself, and help give this beer a spritzy, less creamy, mouthfeel, but the lingering bitterness stands out.
Overall: I expected this to be an incredibly good beer, and I'm not disappointed. The bitterness is the biggest detractor, I expected something akin to a TG mouthfeel where it's creamy and soft, but it's not enough to detract me from the beverage. Snag this from the taproom when it's on, you won't be disappointed.
