A very complex single hop APA. The lemondrop is beautifully presented in this nicely balanced not overly dry pale ale. It somehow tastes more like an IPA despite the lower ABV. The hop character comes through sweet on the nose and finishes spicy and stingy. It's not offensive though. Not sure how to feel about this beer other than it is quite interesting for a single hop & is way different than most I've had lately. Kudos to you oliphant. Color is deep orange and head is minimal. Mouthfeel is dry and medium+ carbonation. Cheers!
