32oz can, dated 11/14/17, 5.5% ABV. Pours hazy brown with a medium sized light khaki head. Smells of dark roasted malt, lactose, cocoa, and some earthy hops. The taste follows exactly with roasted malt, lactose, cocoa, and hops. Very straightforward with a nice roasty/lactose profile. Light but lingering bitterness and subtle sweetness. Below average carbonation and thin body for the style. Overall, it's pretty good as a session milk stout. It's pleasant and drinkable, but could use some more intensity and uniqueness.
