I picked up two crowlers in Hudson, canned on date 2/7/18
Light color body almost like a Mai bock with white head.
The base beer tastes malty, smooth, slightly sweet and some caramel flavor. But it's light duty and rather thin. The smoke flavor is light and tastes briskety until the finish. Then it tasted like campfire ash or ash tray.
A nice light duty Rauchbier. The base beer is light duty too. Goes good with food like sausage.
