Oliphant Hobocop Gose Style Ale with Orange, Lime and Sea Salt.
5 % ABV. IBU: ?
Oliphant Brewing, Somerset, Wisconsin.
Clear, bright golden hue, slim white head.
In the nose: salty, slightly sour, citric, wheaten.
In the mouth: Bracingly sour from the start. A touch fruity, but all about the sour, ending on a dry note. Citrus reigns supreme, with salt on the side. Refreshingly delicious. Wow. I can dig this, big time. Go out and get some, now. Enjoy with a side of summer.
Quite an excellent gose. I'm enjoying this all the way down.
