This beer pours a slightly cloudy gold with a large head. The aroma is bright, with a gentle sourness, with notes of banana, coconut, vanilla, and almond. The flavor follows suit, with mild and balances banana and vanilla upfront, followed by a less ripe banana and a hint of coconut on the finish. The mouthfeel is lighter with a slight creaminess. Overall a really well balanced offering, well flavored but not to dessert forward.
