Ennui'd - Galaxy

16oz can poured vigorously into a Duvel glass.
L: Pours a deep straw dark corn yellow with some orange. Has a white 1" med fluffy head. It is a bit hazy and well carbonated with some spider web lacing on the glass.
S: Pineapple, passion fruit, orange, stone fruit, buttery caramel.
T: Hop forward, citrus, grapefruit, lightly sweet, earthy, med crunchy Galaxy hops, soft pine lingers. Malt is very much in the shadows.
F: Mouth feel is soft, almost creamy, med full bodied, has a med fast finish but is not so much dry.
Drinks quite easily for a 7.5%ABV and due to it's simplicity it doesn't spread out too wide across the palate.
This is a very nice example of a no-nonsense single hop IPA. Scrumptious!

Pours a hazed golden straw color with good lacing. Smell is citrus and berries. Taste has a fruity start with citrus and pear some earthy passion fruit. Mouth feel is soft more sweet than dry, its OK would not buy it again .
