A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation along with some hints of amber hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge, a patch of bubbles on the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of grapefruit and lime citrus are present in the nose along with notes of pine.
T: The taste starts off with flavors of lime citrus and finishes with strong flavors of piney hops, the latter of which linger into the finish. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, juicy and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that this beer had interesting contrasts between the citrusy/piney hops in the smell and taste as well as the juicy/crisp mouthfeel.

A 4 hop collaboration WC IPA with Brewing Projeckt Pours a slight hazed golden color with with nice head and some lacing. Smell is grapefruit, pine and peach. Taste has a citrus front of orange/grapefruit mix in some mint, melon and peach and a good amount of pine in finish. Mouth feel is fruity herbal with nice pine bitterness some caramel malts in finish.
