Very enjoyable, though it bugs me to drink a pilsner in a snifter, which is how they serve at least the 12 oz here at the tap room. Not quite crystal clear, but not far off. Minimal head. Nose is faint lemon, minimal grassy or floral hops, and solid but not great bready pale malt. Taste follows the nose. Mainly malt (which is satisfying) with a little hoppy edge. The mouthful: moderate body, little hoppy zip at the edges but not a lot, kind of sits on the tongue without coming to a point. All in all, good ingredients shine through, and put together well.

Overall: A very pleasant and quality German Pilsner here from Wisconsin. It has really nice German bready malts. Drinks right to the style. Very nice German bread malts and bread yeast. Not as hoppy as some other versions, but the yeast is there fore the appropriate malt flavors and mouthfeel. (Rating: 4.05)

Wakatu hops were used. Unfiltered. Tested from a 16oz can.
Look: a slightly hazy very light yellowish gold color body. Decent white head that leaves some lacing.
Smell: yeast, bread, lemon
Taste: follows the nose. plus a little grassy and maybe floral notes. starts out slightly sweet finishes slightly bitter and dry.
Feel: Is good, malty at first, soft
A good beer for lawn mowing, lite duty but tasty
