Imperial Pint
Look: clear amber orange, pouring a half finger head which quickly dissipated to heavy lacing
Smell: Exactly like a vanilla forward bourbon. Got some caramel, toasty malt, brown sugar, vanilla, and some light oak tannins
Taste: Immediately taste and feels like a smooth, easy sipping bourbon. sweet toasted Oak , caramel, vanilla. Followed by the toasted malt, and astringent oak tannins. Finish fades very fast, but smoothly
Feel: Light moderate body, gentle carbonation
Overall: Bourbon cask has a huge influence here, but only takes on the good aspects leaving everything else in the cask

16oz can from Tavour. Clear amber pour, ring of head. Malty aroma, caramel, sweet, bourbon. Sweet bourbon taste, woody, brown sugar, malty, toffee. Nice whiskey flavors without the booze.
