16 oz can into a pint glass.
L: Pours bright light lemon yellow with a 1" puffy rounded eggshell white head that has excellent retention, good fine carbo bubbles, sticky skeletal lacing.
S: Citrus, lemon, sweet malts, lightly floral. Quite simple.
T: Sweet malts, juicy hops, tame lemon, lightly grassy, various light & floral citrus fruits, a hint of yeast. It is sweet on the lips and fairly pale in the middle and finish.
F: Semi-juicy, slightly watery and pillowy med-light bodied feel with a light middle and a med-fast moderately dry finish.
O: A very refreshing Pale Ale that stays light throughout including its color. I feel that the "tamed down" lemon is critical to the overall balance of tastes here which leaves room for all others. Quite simple and sentimental. It is excellent in its style.
***Side Note: Will try last can with a slice of lemon just for fun.
